Mr. Parsons spent 14 years in the investment industry, with the majority of that time as a Senior Equity Analyst at National Bank Financial and Wellington West Capital Markets, focussed on precious metals and precious metal companies. He has previously served as Senior Vice President – Investor Relations at Yamana Gold Inc. Mr. Parsons holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Mining Engineering) from Queen’s University and is a registered Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario.

Ioannis (Yannis) Tsitos

Ioannis (Yannis) Tsitos President and Director

Mr. Tsitos has over 32 years experience in the mining industry, having spent 19 years with BHP Billiton group initially as a geophysicist in various countries including South Africa and Ecuador and then as a New Business Manager based in Vancouver. He has been instrumental in the identification, negotiation and execution of more than 50 exploration agreements with juniors, majors, as well as with state exploration and mining companies. Mr. Tsitos has also been part of two discovery teams with BHP Billiton in porphyry-copper and nickel-sulphide deposits. He holds a B.Sc degree in Physics from the University of Athens and a master's degree in Applied Geophysics and Geology from the University of Birmingham, UK. In addition, he completed management and finance studies as part of an MBA program with Herriot Watt University, Edinburgh.

Kevin Pickett Chief Geologist

Mr. Pickett has over 16 years experience in greenstone gold exploration within Guyana, South America and Sierra Leone, West Africa. Mr. Pickett has been associated with the Eagle Mountain project since 2008. Also in Guyana, he worked at the Guyana Geology and Mines Commission and with several companies, including Iamgold. Mr. Pickett holds an Undergraduate Masters degree of Earth Science (Geology) from the University of Liverpool (U.K.) and a post-graduate Masters degree in Mining Geology from the Camborne School of Mines (U.K.).

Ms. Newsome is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Victoria. She has 6 years of accounting knowledge gained from industry and public practice work experience. Prior to her role with the Company, she worked at KPMG Vancouver on the Energy and Natural Resources team. While at KPMG, Ms. Newsome worked primarily with mining companies listed on the TSX and TSX Venture Exchange. Ms. Gaborit has over 30 years of combined work experience in mineral exploration, investor relations and corporate communications. She is currently Vice-President Investor Relations for Dore Copper Mining Corporation and serves on the board of directors for Monarch Gold Corporation and Gold Terra Resource Corporation. Ms. Gaborit was Vice-President Investor Relations for Detour Gold Corp, where she was a key member of the management team from the company's initial public offering in 2007 to its successful transformation to intermediate gold producer. Prior to this, Ms. Gaborit provided strategic investor relations and corporate communications services to a number of junior mining companies. In 2019, she was the recipient of the CIRI Belle Mulligan Award for leadership in investor relations. Ms. Gaborit started her career as a geologist for Aur Resources, Cambior, and Romarco Minerals. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology (Honours).
